§ 1-15. Territorial applicability of Code.

All ordinances of the town are hereby extended to all real property and rights-of-way belonging to or under the control of the town outside the corporate limits of the town, and shall be in full force and effect therein insofar as they are applicable. Any words in any ordinance indicating that the effect of an ordinance provision is limited to the corporate limits of the town shall also be deemed to mean and include outlying real property belonging to or under the control of the town unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.
